These young people started with an ambitious goal, “Design and build a model of your future weather-proof home”. While working with reclaimed and upcycled materials, these aspiring designer produced a great array of models which we then stress tested in our lab.
These workshops were hosted in Ottawa core and Orleans, and attended by youth 10-16. We wanted to capture and showcase their breadth of creativity, as they think about the future of Ottawa.
This exhibit will be hosted at the Ottawa School of Art for a full week, and later moved to the Galerie SAW Gallery.
